The Core Support Package is suitable for those who have selected their block and builder but have not yet signed the contract. It provides crucial support from contract review to project completion.

By offering detailed contract reviews and regular building inspections, this package ensures that your build adheres to all specifications and standards, reducing stress and ensuring a successful project.

The contract review involves a thorough examination of all contract documentation to ensure fairness and clarity, addressing any specific concerns you have before signing the build contract.

Building inspections are included to provide continuous quality assurance at key stages of construction, ensuring that each phase meets high standards and adheres to contract specifications.

Inspections are conducted at the base build, frame build, lock-up, fixing/waterproofing, and PCI/final stages, ensuring thorough quality checks throughout the build.

The base build inspection ensures that foundation preparations meet required standards before concrete is poured, verifying correct positioning and reinforcement to prevent future issues.

The frame build inspection involves checking the structural integrity of the slab and frame, ensuring that all components are correctly installed and comply with design specifications and building standards.

The lock-up inspection verifies that the building is properly sealed and that all internal structures are correctly positioned before plastering, ensuring that the construction is on track and free from major defects.

The fixing/waterproofing inspection checks the installation of fixtures and waterproofing measures, ensuring that they are correctly implemented to prevent future issues such as leaks or structural damage.
