From our HQ in Geelong, we are currently providing client services across metro Melbourne, but mainly in the greater Geelong area. Our services are very personal and hands on so Ninedots personnel need to be local or close to where the home build is taking place.
With demand and opportunity in Melbourne and other major cities, Ninedots is now opening its business to franchise partners.
Franchisees will proactively source new and prospective clients, conduct client discovery meetings, identify client needs, determine build options to suit their requirements and ultimately help make the clients build dreams come true!
As a franchisee you will liaise with a wide range of builders to source the best fit build options, review quotes, conduct floorplan reviews, and coordinate with the customer to ensure all requirements have been satisfied. You will present tailored solutions to clients that meet their brief, obtain quote sign offs and manage communications with the client pre construction. Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners you will also embrace opportunities to proactively develop business and don’t mind getting out and about to make it happen.
